I WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT YOU.WHICH LANGUAGE AM I SUPPOSED TO USE IN ORDER TO DO SO?

Although we are a Turkish textile company we count in our staff English,German,Arabic and Russian native speakers.If your language is one of the above feel free to use your own language,otherwise english is preferable.Please find details of our customer represetatives in the contact section.

HOW MAY WE START OUR COOPERATION?

We are more than pleased to reply to any enquiry.Generally your first email might be about a price quotation of a certain item in order for you to gain a first impression about our price range.Cooperation does not end there though and we would be happy to discuss your needs in terms of price and quality.

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED?

Yes,it is generally 250 pieces for each item.

I AM HAPPY WITH YOUR PRICE QUOTATION.HOW DO WE GO ON?

We can make and deliver a sample in 7/10 days using the fabric that will be used in the final production along with a lab dip (sample of the original pantone colour) if required.Details about costs and delivery will be discussed each time.

MY POLO SHIRT (T-SHIRT,SHIRT,FLEECE,WORKWEARS,ETC...) REQUIRES PANTONE COLOURS.HOW DO YOU MANAGE THIS MATTER?

As mentioned it is impossible to make a single using the final pantone colour,as we cannot dye such a small quantity of fabric.However your sample will be accompanied by pantone colour proof (lap dip) generated by our laboraty,from which you will choose the colour to be used in the actual production.

THE SAMPLE IS OK.WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You confirm the order.In order to do so you need to complete a proforma invoice that will be sent to you and pay a certain amount of money in advance.Details will be discussed each time.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF MY GOODS GENERALLY TAKE?

The timeframe will vary between 4 and 6 weeks including transportation,depending on the production difficulties.If the fabric needs to be dyed for instance,generally 5/6 weeks are needed.In some cases we can deliver even faster,however this should be discussed each time.
